Xylentis aims for maximum satisfaction. However, due to digital product nature, we apply strict refund regulations below.
Eligible for Refund
Refund within the first 3 days if unsatisfied with quality (applies only to the first VPS/Hosting service of the account).
Service cannot be provided due to Xylentis error (resource exhaustion, system error beyond SLA).
Overpayment or duplicate payment due to system error (refunded to website credit balance).
NOT Eligible for Refund
Customer changes mind, no longer needs service, or doesn't know how to use it.
Service suspended/terminated due to ToS violation (spam, ddos, phishing, illegal content...).
Domains, Software Licenses, SSL, Dedicated Servers, Colocation - Third-party payments or setup costs apply.
Outsource services already accepted or in progress per contract.
Support fees, setup fees, managed service fees.
Abuse of refund policy (repeated signup and refund) or account shows signs of fraud.

Submit Request
Send ticket to Billing. Request must come from account holder email.
Verification
Xylentis verifies reason and conditions. Time: 1-3 business days.
Approval & Deduction
If approved, we refund after deducting costs: gateway fees, domain/license fees (if any), and used days.
Refund
Refunded to Credit balance (fastest) or original source (15-30 days depending on bank).
Methods & Fees
Default refund to Credit balance. If refunded to bank, customer bears transfer and admin fees (if any).
Bonuses and promotions are voided upon refund.
FAQ
I bought the wrong package, can I switch?
Yes. Remaining amount will be prorated for upgrade/downgrade. Contact support.
Can I get data back if service locked for violation?
Not guaranteed. Depending on severity, we may support temporary access or refuse completely.
How long until money arrives?
Depends on bank, international 30-45 days. Local/E-wallet usually 3-7 days.
