Purchase & Payment Terms

Detailed regulations on ordering process, pricing, taxes, and payment responsibilities.

These terms apply to all transactions for products and services from Xylentis. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Definitions

"Seller" is Xylentis Co., Ltd. "Buyer" or "Customer" is the individual/organization placing the order. "Order" is the request to purchase services via website or in writing.

2. Ordering and Confirmation

Customers place orders online or via sales staff. Orders are completed only when Xylentis sends confirmation and Customer completes payment (unless post-payment is approved). Xylentis reserves the right to reject orders if out of stock, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Taxes

Prices on website exclude VAT (unless noted). Customer is responsible for VAT payment as per law. Prices may change without notice, but will not affect paid orders.

4. Payment Regulations

Payment must be made in full upon ordering. For renewals, payment must be made before expiration. Services suspended if overdue by 3 days. Data permanently deleted if overdue by 7-15 days (depending on service). Xylentis is not responsible if notification emails go to Spam or if Customer fails to update contact email.

5. Service Delivery

For automated services (Hosting, VPS, Domain): Delivery via email within 15-30 mins of payment. For projects/Dedicated Servers: Delivery per specific agreement. Customer must check email (including spam) for details.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to the separate 'Refund & Return Policy'. Note: Domains, SSL, Licenses, and Dedicated Servers typically do not support refunds after activation.

7. Fraud Prevention

Xylentis uses automated fraud detection. We reserve the right to request ID/Passport and Bank Card verification (obscured numbers) if suspicious. Orders will be cancelled and refunded if not verified.

8. Service Renewal

Services do not auto-renew unless Auto-billing is enabled. Customer is responsible for tracking expiration and paying on time to avoid interruption.
